The sentencing phase of Alton Nolen's murder trial ended early Thursday because of what the judge called a "snag" in the case.
Over three years since the beheading incident at Vaughan Foods, some answers will likely come Friday. District Attorney Greg Mashburn said they only have one more witness to call in the rebuttals. Then closing arguments will happen.
